Featured Coffees
A selection of our most beloved roast-to-order coffees, each crafted to reveal the unique character of carefully chosen specialty beans.
Smooth cocoa tones with gentle spice and brightness.
Kupferwald, meaning “copper forest,” is inspired by the warm glow of autumn leaves deep within a quiet woodland. Reimagined around a Chiapas Highlands washed coffee from Mexico, this medium roast is crafted to emphasize comfort, balance, and everyday drinkability while preserving the structured sweetness that defines the Grünhaus style.
The cup opens with notes of cocoa and roasted hazelnut, followed by layers of brown sugar sweetness and gentle baking spice. A subtle citrus brightness lifts the finish, bringing clarity and warmth without overwhelming the cup’s smooth, grounded character. Familiar yet expressive, Kupferwald is designed to feel both comforting and refined — equally suited to slow mornings or an evening cup shared with company.

Pour-over brewing reveals a cleaner, more expressive side of Kupferwald, accentuating subtle citrus brightness and delicate spice notes while maintaining the coffee’s grounded sweetness and smooth cocoa character.
The Lively One — Bright citrus and lively sweetness with a playful finish.
Frieda brings bright, cheerful energy to every cup. This is a delicate yet expressive coffee, showcasing the romantic character of a honey-processed lot from Worka Chechele. Bright notes of rose, jasmine, and juicy grapefruit lead the cup, followed by layers of green apple, pomegranate, hibiscus, and red apple candy. As the cup opens, hints of marzipan, macadamia, and soft chocolate sweetness emerge, creating a profile that is floral, fruit-forward, and beautifully balanced—like a bouquet of flowers paired with a sweet confection and ripe stone fruit.

This dark roast delivers pungent bittersweet tones of torched sugar and dark cocoa, layered with chocolate malted grains and a snappy, rindy citrus lift.
